EBR Cable laying max 145 kV
Publicerad:
EBR Cable laying max. 145 kV - KJ 41:21.1e.
This EBR publication, KJ 41:21, replaces previous editions of KJ 41 and KJ 41.1 concerning laying configurations for underground cables with a maximum rated voltage of up to 145 kV. The main focus of the publication is on the voltage range up to 24 kV. The laying case for 36 kV cable is equivalent to laying for 24 kV. The publication is based on SEK Handbook 429, Underground installation of cables, and is supplemented with content from KJ 41.1:08.
The publication is designed to be a handbook for cable laying and covers configurations for the laying of power cables and cable hoses/pipes, and for the colocation of power cables, telecommunication cables and optical ducting. New foundation drawings for substations have been added in this version of KJ 41:21.
The revisions concerned the following:
Foreword: Supplemented with regard to the underground utilities checking service (Ledningskollen).
2.4 Definitions: Voltage levels adjusted.
6.2 Footnote adjusted to show the correct standard.
12 Laying: Slope of the trench wall defined.
12.2.22 New section on redundant bundles added.
14.1.4 An insulated earthing conductor must be used for railway crossings.
14.2.1 Minimum dimensions between telecommunication/optical cable and electricity ducting added.
14.2.6 A crossing with a directly earthed cable must use an insulated earthing conductor.
15.3 Supplemented with regard to the underground utilities checking service (Ledningskollen).
17. Colocation is applicable up to 36 kV.
Type sheets 1, 2, 3, 6, 15, 16, 17, 18, 23, 24: Definition for surrounding backfill adjusted.
Type sheet 5: Cable protection adjusted.
Type sheet 9 Supplemented with surrounding backfill.
Type sheets 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 11, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 23: Text about remaining backfill changed.
Type sheets 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 14, 15, 17, 18, 22, 23, 24: Definition of trench slope supplemented.
Type sheet 14 Applicable up to 36 kV.
Type sheet 15 Clarification of dimensions between electricity and telecommunication/optical cable.
Type sheet 19 Backfill heights adjusted.
